Dear Parents & Teachers,

Following today’s government announcements we are still hoping to go ahead with rehearsals & performances. HOWEVER, this will be subject to very strict & strictly enforced social distancing measures & compliance to Covid 19 regulations. There are many details to be worked out in the next 2 weeks but what we know at present is:

Ticket sales have been suspended & those who have already purchased will be re seated to allow for adjacent seats to be left free.
Should any seats then be available we will re-open sales.
All audience, stage crew to wear masks. Hand sanitising on arrival.
More separate changing rooms.
No refreshments.
DBS checked volunteers will chaperone all children & no other adults permitted in changing rooms.
One way system in operation.
Possible requirement of lateral flow test evidence for stage crew, dressers, & secondary school children. As they are doing already.
I will need volunteers for audience management.
