Full info for parents and students

Our show timetable will take effect from Saturday 1st March until the final performance on Saturday 12th July.
You can download the timetable here (it’s also available via the Timetable & Fees tab). Please also take note of the important dates listed there.

WE HAVE THREE EVENTS TAKING PLACE OVER ONE WEEKEND IN JULY

Neverland, our bi-annual show

  • Full run-through rehearsals: Sunday 22nd June, Saturday 5th July & performing on Saturday 12th July.

Annual Showcase - invited performers

  • Rehearsals on Sunday 6th July & performing on Sunday 13th July

Presentation Day - whole school event

  • Rehearsals on Sunday 6th July & performing on Sunday 13th July

If your student is taking part in Neverland, they will need to attend all the above dates
If your student is only taking part in the Presentation Day Awards Ceremony, they need only attend the Sundays. Times will follow.

BABY & PRIMARY BALLET STUDENTS

Baby ballet students do not take part in our bi-annual shows, but I would like to invite them to take part in our Presentation Day Showcase, which every year forms the first half of our Presentation Day Awards Ceremony.

If your baby ballet student would like to take part in our Showcase, they will need to attend rehearsals on Sunday 6th July and the performance on Sunday 13th July. Timings for these weekends will follow.

The weekly class for the Showcase dance will be on Saturdays at 10:30am, and this will replace their normal weekly ballet class

This is also open to any primary ballet students who would like to perform on stage but are not yet ready to commit to the full show. Please let me know via email if your baby or primary ballet student would like to take part in this class.

If your primary ballet student is taking part in Neverland, they cannot attend the 10:30am showcase class as well. This is for non-Neverland primaries only.

If your baby ballet student does not wish to take part in our Presentation Day Showcase, then your class will remain at the same time as always. This can be found on the attached timetable. If this is the case, we hope that your child will still want to join us for our Presentation Day Awards Ceremony. This is rehearsed on the Sunday dates above. Your student won't be needed for as long if they are only taking part in the Awards Ceremony part of the day and not the Showcase. Every student is eligible for an award.
